Definitely not for the crisp air + big mountains, or the incredible products that our sugar boilers, bread pros, vegetable tamers, cheese magicians, and beer geniuses make. And not for the burgeoning tech and impact investment scene. Or the deep sense of community. Or ABSOLUTELY not for the thriving winter sports scene and environmental stewardship. Was that helpful? Most def. Everyone attending or working at See Change in person must be fully vaccinated (+ boosted if your single dose J&J or second dose Pfizer vaccine was administered more than 3 months ago). Plan to provide government-issued proof of vaccination in order to attend. We’ll be using a painless online platform to collect vaccine info from everyone.

The coldest place in the universe is the Boomerang Nebula, the chilliest object ever found so far. It's located 5,000-ish light-years away from Earth in the constellation Centaurus.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TEST RESULTS WITH MY VACCINE PROOF?
We VERY much encourage all of our guests and staff to take a PCR test in the days leading up to the summit and then, of course, only attend if your results are negative.
I REGISTERED FOR IN PERSON ACCESS, BUT I TESTED POSITIVE. WILL I GET A REFUND?
If you can’t attend the summit in person due to COVID, we are offering all-access to The Winter Summit online. Don’t worry, we will comp the cost difference between in person and online. You know, because COVID sucks — but you knew that already.
WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES?
So. Much. All in person peeps will have access to a full slate of activities ranging from polar plunges to snow kiting to live music yoga to night skiing and a whole lot more. Most experiences will take place at Hula Lakeside during the mornings of March 3 + 4. When it’s time to sign up we’ll send you a full experience menu as well as a ‘pack list’ for each experience.

We might not need this event.
WHAT’S THE DAILY SCHEDULE LIKE?
Mornings are full of experiences like polar plunge + sauna rituals, guided lakeside run, dog sledding, live music yoga, ice fishing…and of course coffee + tea + morning bites. By noon we’ll be ready to roll into the summit content. Stay with us or breakout for interstitials and other intermittent delights.
WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FOOD + BEVERAGE?
We’ll have fab food on site all day everyday from some of the best vendors in VT.
IS THERE A SPOT TO SHOWER / CHANGE AFTER THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES?
You betcha. We have showers + a locker room available for your use. First come first serve + towels are provided.
WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FOOD + BEVERAGE?
We’ll have fab food on site all day everyday from some of the best vendors in VT.
WHAT ARE THE TRADITIONAL MODES OF TRAVEL IN VERMONT?
Primarily yak. But they are wild so you must be fleet of foot in order to catch a ride on one! We also have modern conveniences like rideshare services + car rental joints + sidewalks but to make it easier for folks we’ll be running a shuttle service from our partner hotels to Hula Lakeside throughout the day and into the evening. We’ll also have a shuttle heading up to Bolton Valley for night (!) skiing. If you have a group with any specific / large format transportation needs please let us know and we’ll help get you sorted out.
