See Change is proud to collaborate with IBM on an episodic storytelling series centered around the work of the IBM Sustainability Accelerator. The IBM Sustainability Accelerator is a global, pro bono initiative leveraging IBM’s technologies and expertise to support non-profits and governments addressing climate change impacts on vulnerable populations. Over the past three years, See Change has produced a video series consisting of six short videos highlighting IBM’s Sustainability Accelerator projects around the world with shoots in the United States, Costa Rica, The Netherlands, Canada, Egypt and Kenya, with additional projects planned in the United Arab Emirates and Brazil for 2025.

STORIES OF IBM’S SUSTAINABILITY ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
We worked collaboratively to craft IBM's story around their Sustainability Accelerator program, designing a cohesive platform and storytelling structure that aligned with their goals. This approach not only brought their vision to life but also ensured that the series could serve multiple strategic purposes. The content was tailored to shine across formats—from captivating ads to high-profile showcases at globally significant events like COP (the United Nations annual conference on climate change)—and seamlessly integrated into their digital platforms. The result was so well-received that IBM premiered it at COP29, where it garnered incredible feedback. On LinkedIn, the buzz has been phenomenal, helping IBM clearly and effectively communicate their initiative to potential partners. By creating this flexible yet powerful framework, we enabled IBM to amplify their message and engage diverse audiences on a meaningful level.
We can expand our content partners reach by bringing these stories to life through activations at our live sessions. Sessions can range from in-person live multi-day events to half day virtual gatherings and everything in between. For example, building on the Net Zero Atlantic (NZA) episode, we curated a main stage session on Etuaptmumk—also known as Two-Eyed Seeing—at our February 2024 event. As a central element of the NZA story, this session highlighted the concept’s significance and fostered meaningful dialogue. Through these activations, brands have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives, lead important conversations, and connect with a diverse audience passionate about driving change.
Data & Digital Agriculture is Brewing Success for Small Coffee Farmers
With the support of the IBM Sustainability Accelerator, the Plan21 Foundation for Sustainable Human Development is empowering smallholder farmers in Latin America to manage their crops more sustainably. See Change Sessions brought this story to life, showcasing how the YvY mobile application is helping farmers increase productivity, boost income, and achieve meaningful community and environmental impact goals.
AI Solutions for Sustainable Energy and Urban Development
IBM and Sustainable Energy for All developed new, publicly available artificial intelligence powered solutions to inform more sustainable urban development for communities around the world; enabling decision-makers and policy makers to map urbanization and identify energy and infrastructure needs in developing regions.
Indigenous perspectives guide climate innovation for a just transition
In this video, we highlight how IBM partnered with nonprofit Net Zero Atlantic through the IBM Sustainability Accelerator to support Indigenous communities in Atlantic Canada. The initiative focuses on enabling informed climate decision-making and participation in the clean energy transition.
IBM and Texas A&M Team Up to Combat Water Scarcity with Liquid Prep
Water scarcity affects the livelihoods of small farmers around the world. IBM and Texas A&M AgriLife are collaborating through the IBM Sustainability Accelerator to deploy and scale Liquid Prep, a tech solution that provides a “when to water” decision to support farmers in arid regions of the United States.
